*What is your involvement with this book?

*How was the book started and what was your inspiration?
We adopted a rescue dog and though I’d always been afraid of dogs, this dog helped me learn to overcome my anxiety disorder. I was so surprised (and humbled!) that a dog could change my life for the better, that I decided it was an important story to share, especially since so many people suffer with anxiety. The idea that a dog could be a cure for anxiety was news to me, and I thought it might help others looking for solutions to stress, since anxiety is an issue many people don’t like to admit to.
