Pet Product Review – The Anxiety Wrap

review sponsored
It’s Wagging Wednesday and I have another #sponsored #petproductreview for you! This week we tested out The Anxiety Wrap. Rolo has had a few mini problems that we are still trying to work the kinks out with. One is sounds that resemble gunshots/fireworks and the other is getting his nails cut. We tested out The Anxiety Wrap while cutting his nails as that was a little easier than trying to get my hands on some fireworks. Normally I end up filing his nails with a nail file or a dremel because he doesn’t like the nail cutters, he doesn’t really like the dremel either.

Since 1979, The Company of Animals has seen and provided solutions for more than 50,000 pets at the firm’s Animal Behavior & Training Center. The Anxiety Wrap compliments the wide range of dog training solutions currently offered by The Company of Animals, and is sold across the globe. (Information Credit:

Let’s start this product review!

Appearance & Design

Rolo is a 100lb GSD x Husky who has a lot of fur! He ended up using the XL sized Anxiety Wrap. I liked the design as the inside was a soft fleecy material and the outside a stretchy yoga pant-like material, which you know is comfy! It was stretchy and had velcro on the belly strap & neck strap with room to either tighten or loosen it as dogs come in all shapes and sizes.

Creativity of Product

Of course the creativity for this product is amazing! There are so many animals out there that suffer from different anxieties, just like Rolo. I wish when we first adopted him that we got this as he had a lot more anxieties than he does now. Surprisingly he actually didn’t like me when we first got him.

Here is a list of all of the different things this wrap can help with:
Thunderstorm fear, Separation anxiety, Constant barking, Unwanted jumping, Whining, Nervousness, Destructive chewing, Dog aggression, Cat aggression, Leash pulling, Fear of other dogs, Fear of people, Travel/crate anxiety, Fireworks fear, Hyperactivity, Travel sickness & Fear biting. Durability(if applicable)

I did some tugging on the wrap to test out the quality of it. It didn’t budge, it just went back to its original shape! I also love that you can wash the wrap! Rolo is an excessive shedder and his hair is always everywhere, so its nice to know its a product that can be cleaned, without ruining it.

The Testing Process:
We will be posting a video online of Rolo’s reaction to getting a few nails cut! What do you think he will do?

Final Thoughts:
It makes me so happy to know that with just putting the Anxiety Wrap on Rolo, that I will be able to cut his nails now without him tugging his feet back and fighting with me. I can only imagine what the Anxiety Wrap can do for a dog with serious anxiety issues! It will be nice to try it out when I know there will be fireworks going on in our town too!

So glad to see it worked for Rolo! We tried the Anxiety Wrap to keep Atka calm after his neuter. It took the edge off enough to keep him quiet for a few days. My next step is to try it with Mauja in Petco (she hates it in there).
