Today is Purple Day

Look down at what you are wearing today? Are you wearing purple?
If not, turn around, head back to your closet’s and grab something purple to wear :)

Today is a special day in our house and many many houses all around the world  as March 26th is Purple Day.  Purple Day is a day dedicated to increasing awareness about epilepsy worldwide. People in countries around the world are invited to wear purple and host events in support of epilepsy awareness.

This year we are taking part by of course wearing purple, spreading awareness about purple day online and we also created a event on Facebook inviting others to join in, wear purple and post a photo. You can join in on the event here:

On Sunday March 22nd Rolo & I took part in our very first radio interview hosted by the Sibe Vibe on Dog Works Radio. We chatted ALL about Canine Epilepsy and of course all about Rolo’s Epilepsy and his life. It was so much fun and so great to talk to Dorothy actually over the phone. As we have been chatting online for a few years now.  You can listen to the radio show here:

Rolo looks so handsome in his purple bandana! I loved having you on and it’s an hour filled with great chat and lots of Canine Epilepsy info. And one of the highlights was definitely when Rolo said hello at the end! Thank you for joining in the Blog Hop today, and here’s to many more years of Rolo being seizure free!
